If you need to reschedule, please let us know with at least a 48 hour notice. This helps make appointments available for others. We know emergencies happen and kids get sick, please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you in the schedule. If you know you will be late, please call ahead and we will do our best to fit you in.

Because our office is pediatric only, it is best for younger children and patients with longer appointments to be seen earlier in the day when they aren’t so tired. This may conflict with school schedules, but we will be happy to write a note to the child’s school so the missed time is excused.


Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For those without insurance, full payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit.


We accept several major dental insurances. If we have received all of your insurance information on the day of your appointment, we will be happy to submit a claim on your behalf. Please be familiar with your plan and be prepared for any amount that may not be covered, such as a co-pay. Please contact your insurance, or us, prior to your first appointment to ensure you have coverage with our office. Please keep us informed if any insurance changes occur, or if you have questions regarding your coverage we are happy to help.
